This special decoration shows an Angel with wings and a gold halo. The embroidered decoration is embellished with gold thread and beads. St. Nicolas create handmade Christmas decorations. For the last 25 years they have worked with small charities in Thailand and India, helping disadvantaged rural communities. Today, 200 skilled craftspeople work at home sewing their decorations. Their Christmas decorations are made using the rare and traditional method of zardozi embroidery, a respected skill handed down from generation to generation.
