Thick enough to take dense steel studs across the full surface and two solid brass heads at the center without losing its shape. Soft enough to break in around the dog's neck over time. Part B Solid Brass Studs Solid brass studs set across the length of the strap, packed close together. Not glued, not stamped on, set through the leather one at a time and clinched flat on the back. Same solid brass as the buckle and the three heads, so the whole collar ages as one piece instead of going two tone over time. Part C Brass Buckle and D Ring Roller buckle and welded D ring, solid brass throughout. The D ring is welded shut so it cannot pop open under a hard pull from an active dog. The brass color ties the buckle to the lion and the fortune god at the front of the strap. Part D Three Brass Heads Three solid brass heads sit on the collar, not just one. A fortune god watches from the dead center of the front, where you see it first when your dog walks toward you. A lion guards each side, flanking the fortune god.
